  • What works well
  • What doesn’t work well
  • What doesn’t work at all
  • What is missing

Please be as specific as possible when recording your feedback, especially where errors and breakages have occurred. Helpful information includes:

  • What were you trying to do 
  • Supply the url/web address of the page you were on
  • Take a screenshot of any error messages or unexpected items being displayed
  • What browser (brand and version) were you using
  • Was it in private / incognito mode
  • What email were you logged in with

All employees should be sent an invite to the Medcast platform. If you haven't received an invite please check-in with your manager, HR manager or National Education & Training Manager.
