Samantha Wild

Samantha is a proud Wakka Wakka and South Sea Islander woman.  She is the Director for consultancy business Awakening - Cultural Ways, providing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander research and development on health and human services.  Samantha facilitates workshops and research in cultural competency, social and emotional wellbeing, DFV, mental health, trauma and healing.

 Samantha began 15 years ago as a youth counsellor and advanced to state and national management roles in youth mental health, SEWB and healing.  Samanthas’ passion is using her knowledge and workshops to inspire healing and improve the wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
