Anthony Vogelpoel

Anthony Vogelpoel has had a long association with Aboriginal Health with over 20 years of medical experience. Anthony has lived and worked in Maningrida (Arnhem Land), Aurukun, Mornington Island, Doomadgee, Normanton, Mount Isa, Hervey Bay, Mossman Gorge and Boroloola.  He has worked as a GP in in Primary Care, worked in Secondary Care, and as Medical Director for an ACCHO for the Lower Gulf area of Western Queensland.  Anthony continues to do locums from his base on the Sunshine Coast where he has returned to this year, and is involved as a Clinical Editor for the WQPHN developing Health Pathways for Western Queensland.  Anthony loves family, footy, friends, four-wheel driving and fishing.
