Dr Jane Wheatley is a Clinical and Health Psychologist with the Department of Pain Medicine at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney. Jane has more than 12 years’ experience in assisting people with improved management of chronic pain conditions. Prior to her role with St Vincent’s Hospital, she has worked with both St George and Gosford Hospital’s chronic pain services. In her current clinical role, Jane has most recently been involved in the development of the Tele-Reboot, a group pain management program run via telehealth. In her previous role with St George Hospital she worked on the design and development of the psychological components of the Energise moderate intensity Pain Management Program. Jane completed her Doctorate in Clinical and Health Psychology at the University of Newcastle in 2012, where she investigated the effects of fear campaigns on health behaviour change.
