Gina Howland
Gina is a clinical psychologist whoholds multiple degrees in psychology and teaching. She is also one of Australia’s first Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professionals and has a particular interest in the relationship between nutrition and mental health. Gina is currently conducting her PhD in PTSD and diet with IMPACT.
