Wayne Wigham

Wayne Wighamis a former champion rugby league player (Balmain Tigers) with lived experience of mental illness who now works for Black Dog Institute, reaching out to rural communities to support and educate people about mental health and illness. In the course of his work Wayne hears many stories about mental health journeys of individuals in the rural communities, some of which he will share with us in the webinar.
