The COVID-19 pandemic continues to have a major impact on global economics and health. General Practice is a critical element of the Australian health system response to the pandemic. This webinar will give GPs an update on COVID-19 with particular relevance to primary care assessment and management. It will address the following issues:

  • What infection prevention and control strategies should I be using in my practice?
  • What advice do I give patients who are worried about exposure to COVID-19?
  • What’s new in testing?
  • Which drugs work?
  • Where are things up to regards a vaccine?

You are encourged to complete a pre-webinar survey to submit any questions you would like answered during the webinar.  The link to the pre-webinar survey will be included in the course confirmation email. Surveys need to be completed by 5pm Monday 17 August 2020.  Please note: time restrictions may mean not all questions can be answered during the Webinar.
