How do I get my certificate?

Certificates will become available for download once you have satisfactorily completed all requirements of the workshop/webinar. Once you Log In, you will be able to download your certificate from either of the following:

  • For competency BLS, ALS & PALS certificates, first go to My Learning followed by "My Face to Face & Blended Courses". From here you can download your attendance certificate or you can select the Online Learning Activities tab for Competency certificates and Provider Cards. Please note you must first have passed both the theory and practical components of the course.
  • For online workshops, webinars and virtual classrooms please click on "My Learning " to access your online course certificate. Each course will have completion criteria you must meet before the certificate will be available
